Modified Panorama Tools

Hugin users: download a test version of pano12.dll version 2.7.0.7 built using mingw. This version may resolve difficulties apparently caused by an MSVC build, whose symptoms are as follows:

Historical Notes:

I have made a couple of modifications to Panorama Tools pano12.dll that are now being incorporated into the standard SourceForge distribution.

I recommend that you download the SourceForge version, as it includes other recent improvements besides mine.
